Dr. Tom Crichton, lead physician for the City of Lakes FHT, was recently awarded the 2018 CAME Certificate of Merit. CAME is the Canadian Association for Medical Education and the Certificate of Merit promotes, recognizes and rewards faculty committed to medical education in Canadian medical schools. Dr. Crichton is also Associate Professor in Family Medicine at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine. He was recognized for his contributions to postgraduate medical education, particularly in assessment and competency–based medical education.
