The City of Lakes Family Health has been certified as a Great Place to Work®. This designation is awarded by the Great Place to Work Institute. They developed a Trust Model© which serves as the lens to assess the employee experience of workplaces and consists of five dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.  Certified™ organizations are eligible for the annual Best Workplaces in Canada list published in the Globe and Mail. Organizations can become certified if 85% of employees complete the Trust Index© Employee Survey and 70% or more of employees provide a positive rating. The City of Lakes FHT staff completed the survey and 98% of employees provided a positive rating. Of course, it’s the employees themselves that make the City of Lakes FHT a great place to work!
