The City of Lakes Family Health Team is pleased to announce that Dr. Wilder Leduc has joined our team and will open his practice at our new clinic in Chelmsford in July 2019. He is a former resident of the City of Greater Sudbury and is fluent in both French and English. He completed his Doctorate in Medicine at the University of Ottawa in 2016 and his Family Medicine Residency at the University of Toronto in 2018.
