We have shifted most of our patient appointments to virtual visits including phone appointments. That means that, if you are a patient of the City of Lakes Family Health Team and you have a phone appointment with one of our providers, your call display may show “No caller id” or a similar message. The reason is that many of our providers are using their personal phones to make these calls from their clinical or home offices.
Please answer your phone when you have a scheduled phone appointment.
