Appointments for first and second COVID-9 vaccine doses are now available for eligible recipients. Individuals aged 12 and over can book an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine, in addition to all groups who are currently eligible. Learn who is currently eligible and how to book an appointment at Public Health Sudbury & Districts.
All vaccination clinics are by appointment only. Public Health uses two separate systems to book appointments. Some appointments are available through online bookings, while others are available only by calling. If you choose to book online and don’t find an appointment, please call PHSD to see if other appointments might be available. Of note, by calling their Booking Centre, the agents are able to check all available appointments—those available online and those only available through calling.
Booking options:
1. Contact the pharmacy or primary care provider where you received your first dose, visit https://covid-19.ontario.ca/vaccine-locations for pharmacy locations and booking information.
2. Book online using the Provincial Booking Centre.
3. Call Public Health Sudbury & Districts at 705.674.2299 (toll-free: 1.800.708.2505), between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., seven days a week. They have been experiencing a high volume of calls recently, so please be patient.
They are also offering a COVID-19 vaccination standby list to help administer any remaining doses at the end of each clinic day. The standby list is for all individuals who are currently eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine. Registration for the standby list is online only.
