City of Lakes Family Health Team is pleased to announce expanded access to care for our patients with the introduction of Saturday After Hours Clinics, available by appointment only.
These clinics are designed to provide timely care for medical concerns that can't wait for the next available regular appointment.
We are excited to offer this new service and look forward to providing our patients with additional access to timely, high-quality care when they need it most.
Who is the After Hours Clinic for?
After Hours Clinics are available exclusively to patients of the City of Lakes Family Health Team.
What is the After Hours Clinic for?
The After Hours Clinic is intended for medical concerns that require prompt attention and cannot wait for a regular appointment. For example: ear infections, sore throat, respiratory infection, etc.
Please note that these clinics are not intended for:
- Routine medication renewals
- Annual physical examinations
- Completion of forms or work notes
- Ongoing (>1 month) or chronic health concerns
How to Book
Appointments are required for all After Hours Clinic visits. Walk-in appointments are not available.

Clinic Locations
Saturday After Hours Clinics are offered on a rotating basis at each of our four clinic locations. Please refer to the current After Hours Clinic schedule to find the location of the next available clinic.
Need Health Advice When the Clinic Isn't Available?
Patients can access the Telephone Health Advisory Service (THAS), a free and confidential service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
By calling 811, patients can speak with a Registered Nurse for:
- Health advice
- Guidance on symptoms
- Assistance finding local health care services
