These clinics are for patients of the City of Lakes Family Health Team only.

The After Hours Clinic is for acute medical problems that cannot wait until your physician’s office re-opens. These clinics are not to be used for routine medication renewal, physicals, completion of forms by a physician, or chronic problems.

If the After Hours Clinic is not available, patients can contact the Telephone Health Advisory Service (THAS), a free and confidential 24/7 service. By calling 811, you can speak with a Registered Nurse for health advice, guidance on symptoms, and help finding local health care services. Services are available in English and French. TTY users can call 1-866-797-0007.

• Please refer to the schedule below to find the location of the next available clinic.
  
• Appointments are required for all After Hours Clinic visits.
• Walk-in appointments are not available.
