The City of Greater Sudbury has provided the CoLFHT with free Helpline Medical information File kits for distribution to our patients.
These kits include a magnetized pouch that patients place at home on their refrigerator and contain important medical information about the patient.
This information could be easily retrieved by a paramedic and brought to the Emergency Department in order to improve the speed the quality of diagnosis and treatment.
