Physician Pilots iPad Program
Dr. Paul Gibb, a family physician at our Sudbury clinic, was the first to utilize an iPad while on hospital rounds.
The iPad, or similar portable tablet, will be used by our physicians during hospital rounds. The tablet provides wireless access to the hospital’s Meditech system as well as our Practice Solutions electronic medical record system.
“Having fingertip access to our patients medical records while doing hospital rounds is good for patient safety and timely diagnosis”, said Dr. Gibb.
