The City of Lakes Family Health Team is hosting its first onsite COVID-19 vaccine clinic today!
The team received 100 doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine from Public Health Sudbury & Districts on Friday.
Patients between the ages of 55-60 were invited to self book an appointment online at the City of Lakes FHT website on a first come, first served basis.
The clinic was fully booked within just a few hours.
We strongly encourage patients to get the first vaccine made available to them. Waiting for their preferred’ vaccine, risks potentially getting COVID-19 and associated illness.
