The City of Lakes Family Health Team's newest clinic opened on February 1st.
The clinic is located in the former Town of Walden municipal building located at 25 Black Lake Road.
Dr. Monica Susil and Dr. Sarah Duncan are our first new physicians at the Walden Clinic. They will be joined by Dr. Katherine Richardson and Dr. Liisa Levasseur later in 2011. They are working with our interdisciplinary team of health care providers to provide primary care services to thousands of residents who were previously without a family physician.
For those people that do not currently have a primary care provider, you are encouraged to register with the Ontario Health Care Connect program for orphan patients by calling 1-800-445-1822. Our physicians are rostering patients from that registry.
